Who We Are
Price Hamilton Design Build was established in 2011 by siblings Michael Hamilton and Christine Price Hamilton. The brother/sister team came to discover similar passions through very different career paths. The diversity in their respective education and experience has allowed them to craft a thoughtful and balanced approach to the design/build process.
What We Do
We are a full-service design/build firm catering to residential and commercial clients in the greater Boston area. We work closely with our clients to craft functional environments that speak directly to who they are and how they want to live. Our unique information management system allows us to develop budget-conscious designs, precise construction estimates and informed project schedules.
Featured Project
The new owners of this Medford home wanted to improve the functionality and appearance of the existing kitchen and add a half bath on the first floor. We completely reoriented the kitchen layout, relocating the rear entry door and adding a much-needed coat closet. We then removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room and converted an unnecessary passageway into a new powder room.
